Privacy Policy

This notice explains how personal data of visitors to www.beby.it and of people who contact us are processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended. We collect only the data that is strictly necessary.

2. Data we process
- Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting beby.it logs some technical data (IP address, browser type, date and time, requested page). It is used only to run the site and protect it from abuse, never to identify visitors.
- Contact form data. Full name, e-mail, message and, if you choose to give it, your company. The form asks for nothing else.
- E-mail. If you write to us directly, your e-mail address and whatever you include in the message.
The site collects no data before you act: it uses no analytics or statistics tools, no profiling or marketing cookies, no embedded third-party content (videos, maps, social media) and no fonts or libraries loaded from external servers. Every resource is served by our own hosting.

The “I have read the Privacy Policy” box in the form confirms that you received this notice; we do not use your data for newsletters or marketing. Providing data is optional, but without your name, e-mail and message we cannot reply.
4. How the contact form works
When you press “Send request”, your data travels encrypted (HTTPS) to our server, which forwards it by e-mail to info@beby.it. The site does not store the data in a database or in files and does not record your IP address with the request.
5. Providers and recipients
Data are processed by authorised staff of the controller and by the following provider, appointed as processor:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) — website hosting and e-mail service.
Data are never sold or shared with third parties and are not transferred outside the European Union.
6. Retention
- Contact requests and correspondence: for as long as needed to reply and manage any business relationship; if no relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months. Accounting records are kept for the legal period (10 years).
- Browsing data: for the technical period set by the hosting provider, unless needed to investigate computer crimes.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info@beby.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.
We carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
8. External links
The site links to third-party services (Instagram and Google Maps). You leave beby.it only if you choose to open them; from then on, processing is governed by those providers’ own policies.

This notice may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top.
