Founded in 1952, Maglificio Beby is a family-owned Italian knitwear manufacturer based in Agliana, Tuscany. Today the family carries forward a production culture built on craftsmanship, technical expertise and long-term relationships.
We work with cashmere and selected fine yarns to create refined knitwear for our own collections and for international private-label partners.

Our technical team works with SHIMA machinery and Cotton frames across gauges 3 to 18, combining precision, flexibility and the know-how developed in more than seven decades of knitwear production.

The Knitwear Museum
“Aldo e Marcella Cangioli”
Inaugurated in June 2024, the museum preserves historic garments dating back to the 1950s, a photographic archive and period machinery. It was created to keep alive the memory of Italian knitwear and to connect the company’s past with its future.
A small archive of garments, images and machines that tells the story of a family, a company and an Italian manufacturing tradition.

The opening of the museum brought together company history, local community and the people who have contributed to the story of Maglificio Beby.
